Big DILUTION coming. Zalemark needed the extra 75,000,000 shares to find and entice a new investor. I am wondering how many shares the gave away for the million bucks. My guess is all 75 million shares or a little more to gain controlling interest. But money still doesn't buy you market share in stores. So who is Zalemark selling to? Many past investors have lost millions with Zalemark and in my opinion these guys will follow suit. Please name a retailer who is selling any Zalemark jewelry.
This is completely bogus information - there isn't anyone that would provide Zalemark with $1 million.
If Kodiak recieved all 75 million shares of the newly increased A/S that would be $0.013 per share - there isn't any toxic financiers that would be willing to provide that much cash for so little incentive.
"Kodiak Capital Group, LLC, a Newport Beach, California-based institutional investor, today announced that it has entered into a $1 million common stock purchase agreement with Zalemark Holding Co. (OTCQB: ZMRK), at times referred to herein as Zalemark."

"We performed work for this company 2 months ago and we have yet to be paid. All of the email addresses that they provide on their website come back as undeliverable and the addresses of the company that they provide on their website are also not good. The California address is actually a virtual office address, the Delaware address is actually an address for Harvard business services, and the New York address is actually for Menicucci Villa Cilmi law firm.
When you call the telephone number that they provide on their website, a woman answers the phone and cannot provide answers to any of your questions. When asked for the accounts payable department, she said that they were on another line and transferred me to a general voicemail. She never even attempted to get a hold of the accounts payable department (there probably isn't one)...she simply paused for 10 seconds and then said that they weren't available. Obviously I never received a call back.
Run as fast as you can away from this so-called company...they are nothing more than a scam!"
