Lawsuit is a pain in the butt.. wasting money for lawyer fees.. and both with or without merits cases are draining.. settling outside court feels like an extortion.. but probably better than dragging things along.. and potentially dragging the company down also (provided it is a good company to begin with. And I beg to differ on DHB.. HOM not as sure.. but DHB is doomed IMO)
