I think I agree.. I have been doing a little DD on Vanis today, and if you read the PRs from the Honduras days, they read very much like the ones from the Fizz days, and you know how Honduras played out..
Looks like he comes from a family that has money who can keep supporting his business ventures.. His brother is Craig Vanis, a Texas, Hip, chef whose parents most likely funded that venture too..
