Unfortunately these photoshopped documents don't come with the county and state stamp of issuance. At the very least it should of been motorized by the clerk. But I see none of the above, therefore yes it's photoshopped, and altering government documents is a class c felony

I am unsure what the purposes of this is. Is this form trying to insinuate that MYEC bought a house for ED? Would this mean Myecheck's auditors and the SEC missed this 'Supposed' huge material items that would be a VERY VERY VERY easy item to identify from looking at MYEC bank statements, which all auditors do. A transaction that would be one of the largest by Myecheck?

I have a strong belief that if what is being insinuating is true> MYEC bought a house for Ed, then it would be easily found by the auditors. This leads to believe that what is trying to be insinuated is 100% false.

The fact that there is a misspelling also signifies the insignificance of this form. IMHO there is a simple explanation for this, which I am sure we can ask ed during a conference call.

I trust the SEC and Auditors.
