Yes, CEO Robert Rico and his ticker have made the Pump & Dump Hall of Fame List many times. In fact, there is a PLKD pump & dump promo going on now as we've all seen. Unfortunately though, there is no evidence of any PLKD finalized merger anywhere to be found, remember? Only evidence of a current PLKD pump & dump that started on October 14, 2015.
