MDBX is a criminal enterprise that has issued fraudulent financials, issued fraudulent PR's, is being investigated but both the SEC and a DOJ Grand Jury, has never been profitable and was founded by a multi-convicted felon...and to top it off is in the process of issuing hundreds of millions of common stock, massively diluting current stockholders....

to not understand this is just plain silly


the current President/CEO seems to understand as he is working only part-time at MDBX and has omitted describing his full time job on the SEC filings

actually theres not "millions" of pot stock out there ... most profitable pot companies are not publicly traded... so to get a chance to buy stock in a amazing company with such a great foundation being made.. the future ventures and profit for this company will be outstanding.... death financing may cause the death of many companies but MDBX will not be one of them ... profits and future are to GREAT .. BUY BUY BUY
