I would add read the market, particularly what is the trading action around other companies in a similar position. For example we are not seeing any buying in upcoming FDA plays and heavy "selling on the news." It's likely if you are holding a stock for a regulatory milestone it will also be a sell the news. Follow the trends, watch the trends. Trends in fashion last Spring or Summer are not on fashion today. They will be again just not now.
