Just wish somebody would tell this guy you can't assume the position of a "company" where it's stock is public (even if it's OTC) and get upset when your investors who have (now lost) hundreds of thousands of dollars due to your inability to:

1. Run a company
2. Inform the very people supporting the stock you intend to sell to raise money for your "company"
3. Hold a investor call
4. Properly market to raise awareness

It's insanity that he would get upset at questions rather than either inform or respond.

If he has no interest in dealing with questions, than don't assume the role of a board with public issues !! So goddamn frustrating and amateur
