If you looked back at the last 20 or so posts from sam1933, Michel and myself you will see all of the evidence lining up for the public to become more aware.
I suspect you will start seeing major changes on L2- millions will go up on bid.
My timeline coincides with the last two years here. They seen to the their Sunnis report in order in October (this month)
Then they file their 2nd and 3rd quarter report and their annual current report to OTC - and BOOM - those fundamentals will have this testing much other pps.
The last step will be how are CEO decides to tell the story of what has gone on here - although in prior PR's - check Dec-March- everything he said thy wee going to do, it certainly appear they have been doing!!
To be frank- I could care less the exact day of the northward move. The float is 78 mil recently verified. This has evidence of server links to amazon and google and has 1422 mail servers. It has a tonnage of ip addresses and operates out of 4 countries/regions
This will go move first on evidence dog these filings- and then more drastic on their first press release. My guess is a few days after 11/6/15. I have not reasons for that date. Feel free to read my DD and see why.
