BULLSHIT....The company IS being valued on how mush gold is on the property...It's obvious there's not "tens of billions" in gold on the property...Next stop .02 but what do I know?

it is CLEARLY regarding uspr retaining legal counsel because they are getting sued and NOT an offering or sale of securities. that is the actual fact!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and, again, an amended filing, by definition, is NEW NEWS!!!!!!!!!. uspr is AMENDING something they previously filed. so...NEW NEWS
