No lies occurred. Purchaser of license 2013/2014 decided that technically they couldn't or didn't want to undertake implementation of product. At the time of PR, that company paid license fee. Once above decision was made, Ed announced the accounting adjustment to revenue would be reflected in Q2 financials.

I also started my position in .04 pps range. I watched it go to .08. Then like every other pink stock at the time, it was sold off for quick profit by traders, which caused the price to drop. I have never complained. I averaged down to where I can sell for profit as needed, if needed. I plan to cover all costs then go very long onto NASDAQ where even small lots will yield big rewards.

Without significant revenue, no pink runs high and stays high. This stock has been played as long as I've been in it. Flippers will flip, shorts will short, longs will endure.

We are on the cusp of watching Ed and team's years of hard work pay off. There is no better time to get in and go long.

SEC approved Form 10 registration of shares.
PR announcing lucrative business relationship with Africa bank can be issued anytime between now and early November.
OTC Markets will announce the company will trade on OTCQB within two weeks. Coupled with higher trade tier, and rising pps, we will begin to see institutional money buying in.

Ed has integrity. None of the efforts to portray him and his team otherwise are accurate.

Well you're not alone, I bought in at an average of .03 - and while I'm not happy with the slide I have had a brighter perspective with hopes this business model would bite into the Paypals, etc. BUT I admit these thoughts have blinders on them as I haven't looked much into the personalities behind the scenes at MYEC.
What a buzzkill, you're not invited to my next party.
