I do not have an opinion on who is really calling the shots, except that it is still PVEC technically with a name change, reverse split, shares issued in the dark period of PVEC, revised OTC quarterly filings, disappearing transparency in the May 20 as opposed to the May 21 quarterly, and such.

The new guys may not be as versed in the inner workings of the penny market as some of us are. Do not really have an opinion about the BOD, nor CEO for that matter, being as they appear to be mostly just names on virtual paper.

Bizarre. The whole story.
