I think Berkowitz is using Delaware as a stalking horse to influence the other claims in DC court. That's just my opinion.

A Standard & Poors Rating Services analyst expressed concern earlier this week that a government retaliation winding down the GSEs is a concern based on Hindes actions.

There is a substantial amount of reporting on the Delaware litigation and reasons why both the other court cases and plaintiff attorneys may be delaying their action in hopes of a ruling that benefits their side.

Read the Peter Chapman piece on Valuewalk if you need background on why both the courts and plaintiff's are backing off on other actions in anticipation that the Myron Steele circus in Delaware may deliver some definitive results.
