VANIS said that it is expensive to open up new markets and expansion which is why he is seeking a workhorse and increasing equity stakes to help with funding. It may not be that the opportunity is not there (Avanzar, Red Bull, etc.), it is likely financing the expansion that is the limitation that he is allegedly trying to fix. I say this with reservation as the plan actually has to be executed and without dilution! Time will tell...

And since Avanzar has come into the fold, how much has distribution increased? I would think with all of the Red Bull experience and contacts that Fizzed would be in every store in Avanzars territory that sells Red Bull.
