Wrong! There has been dilution from note holders but it is not even half of what you are implying!

You are basing your assumptions on a fully diluted bases if all the notes were converted out today. If an acquisition or some major announcement is made, and the share price spikes to $1.00, your calculations are out of the window!

Scare tactics! That is all these shorts are interested in!

Eventually the converters run out of shares and could very well start buying esp. into a rally. I think we're good here.
