We can handle the dilution...the A/S is 150m...that is so reasonable for a pinksheet penny stock. The merger will drive the price up substantially and hopefully at least a 5-bagger. If they are able to announce and fulfill timely catalysts and realize significant revenue we might see an amazing appreciation of price.

Every IHUB board has whining about dilution when the price is down and that quickly goes away once people are making profits. I think it's downright silly, and the truth is even stocks with totally ridiculous share structures in the billions can soar. Just buy this stock under .03 and you'll be a happy camper soon. JMHO, GLTA

In response, and with the same thought process and research....I know the OS is 42.34M shares right now. My Tarot cards told me this.
