If Melissa Rice is anyway shape or form truly tied to this company that will be a huge mistake by a group that has a lot of upstanding credible individuals behind it. I can't believe that DSUS would make a decision to bring her on if they knew the history. Will be curious how this plays out the next couple of days!

has formally terminated its relationship with one of its consultants and all known associates. As mentioned
in a previous press release, the board has been investigating several serious matters that were not disclosed
prior to them forming a business relationship with this public company. Many of the investigative findings
of fact, have led the board to become increasingly concerned about a number of matters. After being
informed of the most recent findings, the board voted unanimously to terminate the consultants’ relationship
immediately, as well as sending a cease and desist demand.

Gee, are you not supposed to do due diligence BEFORE getting involved with people?

The Company,
management, and its board members believe in transparency with the market and its shareholders.

Yeah right. Where is the primary manufacturing facility in Florida as claimed? With whom is the 3.25M government contract? Where is there any evidence of an actual reverse merger occurring?

This company is as transparent as a lead blanket.

Where is the damn 10-K that was due? Why is a lawyer banned from the market on board?

Scam central. Zero fundamental value here. Notice how they now say "forming a business relationship" instead of "reverse merger".

The members of the board of directors’ ask our shareholders and the public to allow us a few days to neutralize this recent attack and get back to you with updates.
