If it isn't a scam it's a shame.

All that matters to Vanis at this point is hitting that revenue number, no matter what it takes, so he can get paid. Shareholders have been put on the back burner.

I don't think it is a scam, though I am sure Vanis has a scamming side to him, but this could just be a failed business attempt. I understand that it will take years to build a brand, but Minerco doesn't have the finances to last years..

If you want to be realistic and honest with this board you have to accept and understand a few things in perspective..

- RedBull was so successful because it was the first of its kind.

- SparklingIce was successful because it was the first of its kind..

VitaminFizz has a lot of challenges.. It is a new brand, there are at least 15-20 identical brands out there, many stores have already created their own 'in house' versions, and there are already brands being distributed by Coke and Pepsi..

No matter how good you think Fizz tastes, these are tremendous obstacles to over come..

Scam, no to maybe, but entering a beyond saturated space which will be very difficult to overcome, YES..

Vanis and Messina are in the mining industry.. It is going to be VERY DIFFICULT for an indebted company to compete against the likes of Coke and Pepsi...

Remember the math I taught you.. .60 Net Profit per bottle/ minus 10% to original owners/ = not enough Money...

They will have to produce and sell 10's of millions of bottles..
