By conducting those inspection procedures while the component is being built, [we] will expedite production rates for GE's additive-manufactured engine components like the LEAP fuel nozzle" [6].

What the early adopters will ramp up with is yet to be seen. Mark Cola has clearly stated they expect and anticipate production run orders. His guess is better than mine and most likely better than the author's due to his intimate relationship with GE.
