Seems like you do the same mistake like all greedy gambler: Shareholder hold pennystocks too long even the price drops into the mud, short seller short too late when the stock is already in the mud. That's why small shareholder and small short seller will always loose finally. ;-)
By the way, I watch PLPL - and if there is any sign of anything positive I will buy also approx. 200k - 300k - and for sure I will not short a stock if is is down approx. 90% where it has been starting 4 years ago. Would not be very clever IMO
