Find out what date it was filed on Nasdaq.com or with FINRA. Then should be 20 days from then. This wasnt announced, it was found by a poster. So management wasnt exactly making this known. So they could have decided on the 13th and filed that afternoon after the close. I dont know that fact yet. Someone who found it just shared with me, cause Ive been saying to watch for this as next step.
