THERE ARE NO USPR FILINGS OF SECURITIES OFFERED IN AUGUST!!!

the only filings uspr made in august was that their 10k will be filed late, a pr about drilling, an 8k because they are being sued, and an 8k stating who they hired to represent them because they are being sued.

also, this filing shows an "AMENDED" amount of securities that were sold so...

IT AIN'T OLD NEWS!!!!!!!!!

also, my post wasn't dd, it was a comment. i haven't done any real dd here because i thought if i did, it would be ugly. so to date, i have only looked on the surface. but since my mistake has been pointed out to me, I did a little research.

in the past 12 months uspr has filed 5 offerings of securities and 3 amended offerings. all totaling $3.3 million worth of securities sold.

to unknown people at unknown prices.

4. 3/5/15 $$300k sold of indefinite offered. INDEFINITE. these were brokered by meyers and associates

5. 5/29/15 amended (of #4) $1,377,500 sold of indefinite offered. INDEFINITE. these were brokered by meyers and associates.

6. 6/26/15 amended (of #3) $316k sold of indefinite offered. INDEFINITE.

7. nothing filed by uspr in august, contrary to, you know who.

8. 9/9/15 $493k sold of indefinite offered. INDEFINITE.

9. 10/21/15 amended (of #8) $566k sold of indefinite offered. INDEFINITE.

$3.3 million worth of securities sold by uspr in the past 10 months. to UNKNOWN PEOPLE AT UNKNOWN PRICES.

is it any wonder why uspr traded to 0.043???????
