First off, the Ftds will never be reported. Because the broker's loan these stocks to each other every few days just for the sole purpose of starting the ftd clock over so it won't be reported. ,, you know it and so do others. And as far as the DTCC no its not an agency. It is a group of crooked broker's that help each other swindle shareholders and that's how there able to do there underhanded deeds , I can't make this stuff up its true and fact. And anyone that say's different. Just don't know
