I read the accusations and police report on Cohen. The real story will never be known. I can't find any convictions for sexual crimes nor can I find that Mr. Cohen is listed on a sexual predator list. I think it would benefit the company if Cohen was not the CEO, however I don't think it will stop the effectiveness and demand for their products. If I were a board member I would want him replaced with someone without skeletons in the closet. Having said all of that, none of these charges are SEC related and should not effect the performance of this company. The fact they have products on the market and some actual sales indicates this is not some phantom company operating in a garage. That would place them in the top 10% of the OTC Market.
