Reading the latest lawyers summaries it is clear that franchise/ licensing agreements have been entered into with Arendal and SCF partners, also mentions the selling of UK sub as well as Singapore sub so it is safe to assume that similar licensing agreements for the use of Caldive marks will be drafted, this will give them royalties from 1 to 15 % of the combined revenues, this could generate 3 to 50 million a year and all of it going to CDI which is still a publicly traded company with roughly a 100 million shares, not dead just a different approach to business, what is interesting will be the timelines involved, regions and exclusiveness of these agreements.
