As for the FTC (or SEC for that matter), this is just way to small on their radar (most probably not even on their radar). That's why so many of these schmucks can get away with it.
De-listed???!!! It's a damn Pink Sheet stock with no reporting requirements. This piece of crap will only be de-listed when Walter decides to fold up shop, liquidate the company, and start another Pink Sheet scam (and taking all the the investors' money in the process). Lord knows...he's done it before!!!
