By my calculations and records the first day to close at .01 was Sep 23rd. BUT the bid must be above .01 at the close for 30 consecutive days before we qualify for uplisting to OTCQB.
From memory I think the closing bid was under .01 for 2-3 days after Sep 23rd.
So by my reckoning we should be less than a week away from qualifying for uplisting to OTCQB! Unless of course the closing bid will be below .01. LOL!!!
