The term "The Lid" is just one of those Peregrine-anachronisms used as an excuse for the PPS.

The term "The Family" is probably the 3 Members of the BOD; especially, since they all have very close ties to each other.

No matter how nice and sincere management is in regards to shareholders and the PPS, they haven't done JACK to get it to increase.

Effort should not be rewarded....

the pps difference is very simply the expectation of 175 million shares of dilution..... price x shares = market cap, which hasn't been very affected (when shelf shares are included).

If I take it right the lid was at 1.50 for more than 1 year and now changed to 1.10 Or should I say family did not like 1.50 and now 1.10 ?
