Apparently the 700,000 Ask-er was not impressed

He came back on at 12:21 and then sold 33,300 shares for .02 at 12:26.

His remaining 667,300 shares are still showing as available at .02. Guess he's seen some of Wallach's previous forecasts.

Why aren't more people, including those on this board, swarming to buy CAPC at this price if they have faith in this PR?

Oh well, at least our laughing stock
is, at least briefly, worth two cents!
