This is huge news, Better than the news for ERIl that went from 2plus to over 8 this morning. IMO, SGNL with its low o/s and float should have been as high as $5. Signal should have been on every break out board with this news. There wasn't enough eyes on this one today. The Volume for today's news is very low. IMO signal needs to bring out all the guns to get this stock moving upward. Who ever is handing finance and the press release need to step it up to make sure more eyes are going to be on the look out for this stock before the next press release.

All in my humble opinion of course.
