Remember at a higher pps they wont have to use as many shares to get what they need. 0001 takes a bunch and 50 cents a small fraction of that amount...

Sure it does. They were basically fully diluted before the split because they have no money. They still have no money so you can look forward to more dilution, again. If they actually do have an agreement for drink importation/distribution they will be issuing more shares.
