It's funny, I had some of the same concerns you have before I talked to each Board Member and most of the Top Management people at the Peregrine ASM. They all answered all my questions without hesitation and IMO truthfully. I suggest you attend next years meeting talk and ask all you want before you jump to your opinion. I did that and my opinion change. I would value your opinion so much more should you do this.
