Hal it wasen't stunning, it was one of thos routine SEC checkups where they find the problem. It's hard to trace histories of the shell. IVFH is legitimate company and I would not be surprised if we get to the listing quickly, now that smoke is cleared on the unknown and why it took that long

You have to keep in mind that we are under the radar as well. The ones that are informed about IVFH have been buying thats why the shjare price is hanging in there. The informed buyers arent going to rush to add they are going to bait sellers at this time because there still appears to be time to add patiently. That could change a bit if noone sells at all like today

With such a long news vacuum how could anyone know about this stock? Its going to be fun when news does flow the investment community will be taking a look many new faces will come

Granted we are still in the dark but that filing yesterday was very encouraging. The facts are simple. The shell had 455 shareholders at the time of that filing. They needed to have under 300 to even consider what they were trying to do. It will be deemed ineffective null and void because they didnt meet a critical SEC requirement.
