I agree that there is "growth" of a sort going on, but a lot is already priced in I'm afraid. I'm trying to figure out how it'll trade and I'm thinking....
There'll be small, short-lived pop on each new settlement, but it won't last long cuz we won't know the details/amts involved.
Settlements in rapid succession would be good even if the details/amts aren't immediately available.
Then I think there may be a pre-quarterly run as it gets close to the time to really see the numbers, with a sell-off following close behind the release.
And during the periods between quarterlies, I think it'll have a tendency to drift down overall, with pops based strictly on TA.
Just my guessing of course, and that's assuming nothing different happens like they actually sell some technology..ie their chip, etc.
