One thing that's strange (there are others if you dig deep enough outside of the SEC filings) is no mention of this latest activity on Gansu Yasheng's website... (view in Google Chrome browser for translation)

Maybe there is some explanation and I just don't understand the corporate structure. Some things investor relations could easily clear up if there is a reasonable explanation...probably why we are stuck in the mud right now. People still calling BS on the whole operation.

I wonder if we get any information about those 140m dollars the company recieved or if they will keep the information to themself. Just like NUIN does. If they choose to reinvest, which i guess is good in the long run, there will be no change in the current pps. And that is a little bit sad :(
