That's not a bad idea. I love Mexican food!

Here in California, we have a recruiting station, a Mexican food restaurant, an AT&T center, and a Verizon in the same center. Is that a bad thing???

Also. As far as I'm tracking, this is a new building. So it's probably not right on top of the existing structure right there in Google.

Regardless if it is, it's paid in cash :) no debt!

for any who have actually been to the site of the new office (complex) one would actually know that there is a custom builder, a fancy wine shop, a high end outfitter (hunting & fishing) & Oak River Technology & nearby a nice local bar called Boot Check Bar (lots of Jags & Mercedes parked outside & very cold beer) & Gabe (I believe was the name of the owner when I was introduced) owns Taquito's Mexican Restaurant btw not bad food @ all. Kendall County is actually one of the more affluent areas w/ one of if not the best school district in Texas.

I/we are always willing to spend some money, time & travel doing actual due diligence before investing the type of money we have invested here.
