SIRG is multi faceted play with OROT still interested and other private companies are probably well alerted to the advantages of SIRG. There could very well be a bidding war going on now with all parties involved and SIRG is in the cat bird seat holding on to choose the best vehicle for a private company to become public with an instant $20M tax write off for the future.
