d4diddy, I'm not sure
why you've posted that info, but have started
looking into it.
I did some very quick first pass cross-referencing
and discovered to my surprise that the FDA site does indeed
have info regarding virility testing and validate
and Maryland, etc.
Is this what you are hinting at? Is there something more
to your post that I'm missing?
