I heard from a friend who has a cousin who knows the guy at the gas station who pumps gas for somebody who says he knows an investor who might have talked to Porter, but thinks that discussion stalled but they might be interested in discussing an agreement to negotiate a preliminary MOU about future talks.

Not sure of the details though.

Here we go... here comes the "Whale" to buy into a microcrap scam. May I suggest the following for the next 2 rumor posts...

First comes a fleshing out for the Whale: A private venture capital group linked to Boone Pickens is said to be interested in taking a BAYP stake. That would fit into the previous nonsense about Shameberg having a Pickens connection.

Then as a follow up, Porter the clown can issue a PR claiming some LOI deal is in the making. As usual details can't be disclosed.
