On that, you are mostly correct... yes they decide on a delivery date, but it's usually the company providing the product that figures that date out and gives it to the buyer. The buyer would want the delivery as soon as possible. There would be no reason to buy something and request it to be delivered 2 or 3 weeks later. I sure wouldn't buy something and request them to hold off on it... of course, maybe it's on layaway! LOL

My point was simply stating that HappySour made a fool of himself promising a PR last week and now that we finally get one on Tuesday, he is trying to claim that this was the one he was talking about since he caught so much crap for promising one last week. In his statement, Happy claimed that Bob decided to hold it at the last minute. Thats the same statement that RobbieEnglish came up with as well... "last minute delay". Had it been a last minute decision, it would have been waiting on us Monday morning... not today. Regardless, I'm in this for at least another 6 - 8 months if not longer. If I can sell 300,000 shares at around .015 in that timeframe, I'll be riding a free million and probably hold that million for longer term (1 - 2 years). Currently holding 1.5 million.
