Right, grandfathered meaning they can continue to operate AS THEY CURRENTLY ARE until their application for STATE licensure gets approved or denied in 2018.


The whole January 1 2016 thing is for when they have to be ooerating fully compliant with local rules to have priority processing of their application for STATE licensure in 2018. Not for when they can operate as a for profit.
