Distribution of PUPS shares.

I wonder if it is really worth giving any attention to the distribution of PUPS shares to NEOM shareholders.

If you own 1 million NEOM shares on April 28 2006, you will receive approximately 13889 PUPS shares. At current pps of $0.011 that will be worth $152.78.

I would give this matter very low priority.
