the Sillerman offer is only for $1.75 in cash and the balance purely contingent, which will never happen

doesn't really matter because even the $1.75 cash offer will never close, just like the 2 other Sillerman offers...

The Investors realise $2,25 in cash and $1 cupon or some $3,50 and $4,50 other sided offer !!! Hahaha! No chance to short it and still alive longer as a few hours!!!
