WHAT? Very clearly, a 1-300 reverse split took place, while the A/S did not undergo a 1-300 reduction. The intent of the split was to do nothing you suggested. Molen failed to make good on his PR's using the billions of outstanding shares he had allowed the company to dilute before the R/S. The intent of the R/S was to wipe the slate of the O/S while still keeping a very high A/S - 500,000,000. Another shaking of the etch-e-sketch. You either don't know the history of this company or are trolling this board.

Check the history of this stock after a R/S. Shorts aren't what bring it down 99% !! It is the fraudster in the girly boots.
