I was ready with pen-in-hand and they did not. They just said that all four got the most votes and are hereby elected.

Paul Lytle went through every proposal and gave the total votes for/against and the number abstaining. After each proposal presented, he declared it approved by shareholders. Not sure how anyone could have heard anything else.
