As the bank account gets bigger, the flexibility to invest, purchase or buyback shares grows as well. Assuming they can book $5M this quarter (and by Nov 15 reporting, they will know Q4 will book the same), I would encourage everyone to push IR for the company to announce even a modest $1-2M buyback for 2016 which would start to retire 50-100M shares done slowly. Likely this would be the catalyst for increased demand so they might not be able to get 100M put away as the price goes up but is the desperately needed signal that management is confident in the future. Also need to see a LOC established with any financial institution.
