Fact: Evidence exists that a large body of copper-moly ore may underlie Hay Mountain and that near surface oxidized commercial grade mineral may be found by some relatively cheap drilling.
Those are facts. Whether anyone will think it's worth the risk to check out these geological speculations is unknown (at least to anyone on this board).
