The AS was increased before the deal with the "new investor" was completed. At this point there is no proof that the deal ever was completed and I don't think that we will ever hear anything more about it. Additionally, the deal was for "UP TO 1.000.000 US DOLLARS", so that could mean anywhere from a penny up to $1,000,000 US DOLLARS. I think they intentionally left that very vague. On top of that, the filing states "investor" in the beginning, but then states "THE NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE NEW INVESTORS ARE IN A FINAL STATUS." Which is it, one investor or multiple investors? And what are the terms on this sales and marketing agreement? 6 months? A year? Two?
And doesn't this look a lot like the last time they made a deal with a company for sales and marketing in the US? That company seemed to do a decent job and a decent amount of work and the products STILL did not sell. I believe this will be no different.
My post could be considered "inaccurate" (IDTA's history backs me up), but it is every bit as "accurate" as yours (you have no proof).
