If that is true reality, then the fellow who is supposed to issue final dismissal is in essence holding us hostage. Money and power corrupt. Time to shine some light in this direction, IMHO.

Only two problems with that:
1. There are no pps moving PR's except really good phase II or III data, and that will not be happening for quite some time if ever.
2. What makes you think there can't be new class actions?
