was $1.00 on September 1, 2015.
It has a LOT of NEW Contracts.
I believe the Current Price is
Very Low and Bought some more.

This Company needs to start showing a Net Profit on their work. They can get all the jobs in the state and will not help. They know how to turn a Profit , the business is not new . Or maybe they are taking out money from us.
